Herman Choi joined ISS-Corporate in 2021, responsible for managing the advisory business in APAC. His specialties include providing issuers with insights into proxy voting standards of the investment community and corporate governance best practices in the preparation of shareholder meetings.

Isaac Cheng joined ISS-Corporate in 2021 as a Corporate Advisor specializing in governance offerings in APAC region, with a primary focus on AGM/EGM advisory services, regulatory updates, and platform solutions.

Sustainability Advisor – APAC, ISS-Corporate
Tina So joined ISS-Corporate in 2023 as a Sustainability Advisor. Prior to joining, Tina worked at Hang Seng Bank, part of HSBC Group, for four years – since start 2022 in an ESG role with a focus on carbon accounting and carbon risk management.
