Cameron O’Neill serves as Managing Director and Head of Operations for ISS-Corporate. In this role, Cameron oversees the operational activities of ISS-Corporate, formulates and executes on strategic initiatives, and spearheads recruiting, development, and training curriculum for ISS-Corporate employees. Prior to her current role, Cameron was responsible for advising US public companies on best practices related to compensation and governance matters across several industries. Cameron brings over 20 years of client facing and sales experience from the private and public sectors, having worked for Deloitte Consulting, Morgan Stanley, and FrontPoint Partners.

Cameron has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business.
