Chan joined the ISS-Corporate’s advisory group in 2010. He is Co-Head of the Canadian advisory team and also leads a team of U.S. advisors. In his role, he works with U.S. and Canadian corporations on equity compensation plan evaluations, executive compensation issues, and corporate governance practices across a broad range of industries with a close focus on the Energy and Utilities sectors. Prior to joining ISS-Corporate, Chan was a Senior Research Analyst within Liberty Mutual’s Personal Markets Research team in Boston, MA covering competitive intelligence and insurance research while also coordinating Liberty Mutual’s flood insurance business.

He received his B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Babson College.
