As Head of Product and Compensation Business for ISS-Corporate, Roy is responsible for the executive compensation business segment within ISS-Corporate and oversees the management and strategy for all ISS-Corporate products across its suite of governance, compensation, sustainability, and cyber risk solutions. 

Roy is a frequent speaker on compensation-related topics appearing before diverse groups including the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He also serves as a commentator on these topics for trade and other media outlets. 

Previously, Roy was the Head of Global Compensation Products at ISS, leading a team of product managers and responsible for product strategy and platforms across global markets serving corporations, boards, and institutional investors. Prior to joining ISS, Roy held multiple product management positions with small and large companies including Equity Methods, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, and Incentive Lab which was acquired by ISS in 2014. 

Roy holds degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
